He has served in various leadership roles, including as a non-executive board member for companies with significant turnovers and as a finance committee head for non-profit organizations. Tshikomba is also a member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE),Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA) and the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT). His technical skills are complemented by strong interpersonal abilities, including stress management, leadership, and a results-driven approach.

Currently, Tshikomba is the Managing Director of Grace Business Advisory, where he specializes in business consulting, taxation, and advisory services. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Financial Manager for a hospitality company, leveraging his extensive experience in strategic management and operational support. Tshikomba has a proven track record in project finance, business analysis, and SMME support, having worked with organizations such as the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC),the International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) and others. His diverse skill set includes labor law advisory, business restructuring, and risk compliance, making him a versatile and valuable asset to any organization.
